The Queen’s Dojo is a female-ran martial arts school. Dojo is the English translation from the Japanese characters 道場. It means “a place where the way is practiced.”
This space was created with the inquisitive learner in mind. More than just a workout, it’s a space created to study the arts. The Queen’s Dojo specializes in Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai. We are a striking school with some of the best and most technical coaches available.
Being a student at the Queen’s Dojo, you’ll learn the most important elements and principles of striking. We’re not about the hype. True to form, footwork, a solid base, understanding the depths of offense and defense is what we do.
Our goal is to transfer knowledge with the most important concept, ‘hit and don’t get hit.’
We don’t have instructors, we have coaches. Our coaches pay attention to technique, hold you accountable to the work, while making sure you learn in a safe environment.
The byproduct of doing this work is having fun with a community that cares about you. We believe every repetition counts and we’re here to make sure you get good work.
We’re going to teach you for every minute we have you. Every class has a lesson and cohesive message in the overall development of you as a martial artist.
