7 am and 5 pm
Monday - Friday

Attending classes at the Queen’s Dojo is about developing overall Fight IQ/acumen. Physical fitness, increased mobility, and overall health are natural progressions of attending classes consistently.

We cover weapons for appropriate range, distance control, balance, coordination, and composure in every class. Power and speed are harnessed and will come with proper fundamentals.

Thursday evening classes are; specifically Muay Thai focused (defense, elbows, knees, clinch work, sweeps, etc.).

Saturday morning classes are always advanced and can include community sparring. Sparring is by invitation only. Kim and Josh must clear students attending sparring before joining.
